Are There Any Side Effects?

pill bottle with labelEver since Sensa was first released there have been reports of some pretty awful Sensa side effects. While there is a chance that a small number of folks could experience some unwanted side effects, generally they are not life threatening like some of the rumors that have been circulating on the web. With that being said, lets looks at exactly what the truth is.

So what’s the official word from the company? Easy, all Sensa products are FDA approved and there are no side effects. That’s all well and good but when a product like this is used by so many people there are going to be reports of adverse reactions experienced by a small minority of people.

After a lot of research this is what I found:

Most Common Sensa Side Effects

Are There Any Side Effects of SensaAre There Any Side Effects of Sensa

These are the most commonly reported problems:

  • upset stomach
  • headaches
  • dizziness
  • hives
  • loose bowels
  • itching
  • difficulty breathing
  • swellings

* Don’t let this put you off though as I’ve explained the majority of people will have no problems at all.

When to Avoid Using Sensa

If you are already prone to any of the symptoms above you should probably think twice before using it. Likewise if you know you are allergic to any of ingredients used in any of the Sensa products then you should definitely avoid using it!

If you already have any existing health problems then you should check with your local health practitioner before using it. Actually if you  have any doubts whatsoever you should seek professional advice before using it.

A lot of people seem to want to know whether Sensa is safe for pregnant women. To answer this I would have to say no, definitely not. If you are pregnant you shouldn’t be dieting and you should definitely not be taking any kind of weight loss products!

I tried Sensa about 6 months ago and I had no idea there may be possible side effects. After a few days I began to feel tightness around my chest and began to have difficulty breathing. It wasn’t a major problem but I did have difficulty catching my breath. It went on for about 4 days until I suddenly realized that it could be the Sensa that was causing it. I stopped using it and felt much better the next day. It’s a shame because I really wanted to use it but it’s just not right for me. :(

After about three days on Sensa, I had a real letdown day. Depressed and anxiety , has anyone else experienced that? When I called them they said there wasn’t anything in sensa that would cause those symptoms and it was FDA approved and ingredients were in baby foods, etc??/\

I had all of the symtoms as well as painful muscles, migraines and stroke level blood pressure. All stopped when I quit using sensa. I Called the company and the person on the other end of the phone dismissed my complaint as not possible.

I just started using Sensa this week on Monday, Today is Thursday and I have a bad headache ( I never really get headaches) and I have had leg cramps twice (charlie horse..calf). So I am thinking of returning the product already. I know my body pretty well and I believe its from this.
